We had 10 sellers and averaged $110 profit for each student’s account for our mission trip to Costa Rica over Spring Break. Every step of the process went very smooth. You have a very attentive staff and each person was knowledgeable about the “Big Picture” in your business. Often employees are not knowledgeable about other areas and don’t know how to help a customer unless it directly involves their area. If you are intentional about making sure each person understands the whole process or at least know the right people to get the answers, then keep it up.
